We believe that the music is the fundamental reason for collecting and not necessarily the record being in mint condition. Our prices reflect the grading system of record collector magazine as closely as possible.

The shopping basket can be used to assemble your order whichever payment method you choose. The payment for the products ordered is conducted securely by Pay Pal.

Pay using your PayPal account.

Select to pay by PayPal and you will be directed to PayPal’s secure checkout pages. You will need a PayPal account if you have not already set one up. You can then pay using the balance on your PayPal account, or by transferring funds from your bank account or credit/debit card via PayPal.

Alternative payment options

Alternatively you can use the website to browse for products and then contact us via the contact us page or by phone on  07900 191324 to place your order. Other payment options including card, personal cheque, Postal Order and direct bank transfer are then available and the relevant information will be communicated at the time. Orders will not be dispatched until the payment has been received and cleared into our bank account.
PRODUCT CONDITION

All our vinyl records are listed with their condition, each item is graded separately. We will never list anything for sale that we feel is of an unsuitable condition for purchase. Cover images are for illustration purposes and while we always attempt to be accurate there are occasions where the image may differ from the actual cover.

POSTAGE DESPATCH METHOD
Please note that all our orders (UK and Overseas) are sent by Royal mail first class recorded (signed for). Should you require additional shipping arrangements please contact us at the time of ordering. We are also not responsible or liable for late delivery due to busy periods of the year, industrial action, adverse weather conditions etc.

If you are not happy with your order or the service you have received you may contact us by telephone on 07798 842686 / 07900 191324 between the hours of 10 am – 5 pm Monday – Friday or you can e-mail us using the contact form. We will do our best to reply promptly.
PRODUCT RETURNS
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this option, you must inform us in writing (letter or e-mail) within 7 days of receipt of order. If not faulty, goods must be returned in the same condition they were sent out and with any seals still intact. If you use this option to cancel for non-faulty items, you will be responsible for the postage of returning the item. Please remember the large majority of vinyl we sell is secondhand, faulty means the vinyl does not play – it skips or jumps or refuses to play altogether. Hiss or crackle on vinyl does not fall into this category, nor does a dispute on the grading of a sleeve. We attempt to grade all items fairly, however a dispute over the grading of an item does not constitute a fault. We will refund your payment within thirty days from the date of receipt of the returned goods. PLEASE NOTE we do not refund the shipping/postage and packing charges.
